Supplemental Information - Consummation of Share Exchange

On May 1, 2025, International Endeavors Corporation completed a significant share exchange with ModuLink Investment Limited (BVI). As part of this agreement, all shares of ModuLink BVI were exchanged for 2,356,712,066 shares of International Endeavors Corporation’s common stock. This transaction marks the company’s entry into property development using modular integrated construction (MiC) technology, featuring proprietary atmospheric water generators (AWG) and IoT-based property management systems. These innovations aim to create sustainable and intelligent properties for various markets.

Additionally, the company has divested its Witech business, transferring ownership to Raymond Valdez, the former CEO and Director.
