Change of Control Disclosure

On February 10, 2025, International Endeavors Corporation underwent a significant change of control. Through a Stock Purchase Agreement, Modulink Inc. and Zenith (Hong Kong) Engineering Limited acquired all outstanding Preferred A shares and certain promissory notes for $280,000. This transaction resulted in new leadership and changes to the company’s share structure, including increased voting and conversion rights for Preferred A shares.
